The method of carpet cleaning that we utilize at Sierra Alpha is commonly referred to as “Steam Cleaning” or “Hot Water Extraction” and is the recommended method of cleaning by most carpet manufacturers. We typically utilize three steps to clean carpets. This starts with the application of an environmentally safe pre-treatment cleaning solution. This solution helps to break down the embedded soils, loosen oil deposits and remove most, if not all spots and stains. We then proceed with our “Steam Cleaning Process.” Using our state-of-the-art Truck Mounted Equipment, we combine the three essential components that are required to clean your carpets effectively: High water pressure, Extremely Hot water and MOST importantly an incredibly high powered vacuum system.

Tile and Grout Restoration:

The biggest concern with tiled flooring is the porous nature of the grout lines. They act as a sponge which over a period of time absorb dirt, mildew, grease and other contaminants leaving your tile and grout soiled, discoloured and unattractive. Regular mopping and/or washing just doesn’t seem to work and often forces the water-soluble contaminants deep within the grout lines.

Stripping and Waxing:

Vinyl or linoleum floors can be very cost-effective, durable and long-lasting.
